Rabbit R1: a handy AI-powered assistant gets a beta version of learning mode

Rabbit Inc. has finally released a beta version of the learning mode for its Rabbit R1 gadget. R1 users can now create or use pre-made lessons to teach the device how to perform certain tasks.

For example, one of the lessons includes a task to get the latest review from a website.

The process is simple: users enter the website URL, select the desired actions (e.g., tapping on certain elements on the page), and the device performs them, announcing the steps in real time. After all the steps are completed, R1 reads the summary of the article.

This is a handy assistant that can replace a smartphone. It can make calls (there is a SIM card slot), display incoming messages, and send messages, but its main purpose is to perform various tasks using artificial intelligence. This can include calling a taxi, booking a table in a restaurant, ordering a book, etc. The gadget runs on the Rabbit OS operating system and does not require the installation of dozens of familiar apps - Rabbit OS is one big super-app that can be used to control other programs.

However, although the function works, there are some drawbacks: sometimes R1 does not perform tasks consistently, and the results can change each time you perform a lesson. This indicates that the learning mode is not yet fully perfected and is still under testing.

Despite the successful completion of the task in several cases, the beta version still has shortcomings. For example, the execution of the lesson can be inconsistent, and the result changes slightly each time. However, this is an improvement on R1, which continues to improve.

It is worth noting that all lessons will be analysed by Rabbit Inc. and the data collected may be shared with third parties.
