A well-known insider, billbil_kun, posted a screenshot from a PlayStation advert showing the date of 3 December. He said that there is no exact answer, but urged to follow the news and wait for updates.

So maybe Sony will really give us a winter present?

We would like to remind you that the Kratos actor said that an interesting announcement is waiting for us in December. Perhaps this is somehow related?
