Philips has unveiled the Evnia 34M2C5501A gaming monitor.

Here's What We Know

Buyers are offered a 34-inch curved screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio, UltraWide Quad HD (3440x1440p) resolution and 180Hz refresh rate.

The brightness of the monitor corresponds to 300 nits in SDR mode or 400 nits in HDR, it covers 95% and 91% of the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB colour gamut. The pixel density is claimed to be 109.68 PPI.

Philips promises that the response time of the Evnia 34M2C5501A does not exceed 1 ms.

The novelty also supports AMD FreeSync technology.

The Evnia 34M2C5501A has built-in 5W stereo speakers, as well as ports HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, USB 3.2 Gen 1 and a headphone jack.

The monitor features Ambiglow three-way RGB backlighting that adapts to the picture.

The Evnia 34M2C5501A monitor's launch date in Europe is unknown, but it is expected to arrive "soon". It will be priced at €379.
