The Xiaomi 15 flagship and Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro tablets have passed new certifications and could hit the global market sooner than expected

In October, Xiaomi unveiled its flagship 15 series smartphones in China with Snapdragon 8 Elite processors, improved cameras and higher capacity batteries. Now their global launch is expected and recently one of these devices passed NBTC certification in Thailand, indicating that the global model is coming soon.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone with the number 24129PN74G will support GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR. The device has also been spotted in the FCC database, where two configurations are confirmed: 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. The smartphone will run on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15.

The global version is expected to be similar to the Chinese version, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a 5,400mAh battery supporting 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The display will be a 6.36-inch OLED with 1200 x 2670 pixel resolution and a dynamic refresh rate of 1 to 120Hz. The camera will be triple camera with 50-megapixel sensors.
It was previously speculated that the global variant of the Xiaomi 15 would be announced in February or March 2025, but the new certification hints that the announcement could happen sooner.
It is also reported that the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablets have passed TDRA certification and could be unveiled alongside the Xiaomi 15. The certification confirms the model numbers 2410CRP4CG and 24091RPADG and their trade names.
