Intel has unveiled two new graphics cards based on the Xe2 Battlemage GPU architecture - the Arc B580 and the more budget-friendly Arc B570.

Here's What We Know

Arc B580 will go on sale on 13 December and will cost $249, while the second one will have to wait until 16 January and will be available at a price of $219.

Both graphics cards use the Xe2 Battlemage processor, which is used in Intel's Lunar Lake laptop chips, but now it will get almost twice as many graphics cores, as well as up to 12GB of video memory and up to 190W of power.

Intel claims that the B580 is on average 10 per cent faster than Nvidia's RTX 4060 when paired with the expensive Intel Core i9-14900K processor. The company guarantees that in games like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Returnal and The Witcher 3, this build will deliver 60fps performance at 1440p resolution and on ultra graphics settings.

The less powerful Intel Arc B570 has 18 Xe2 cores and 10GB of 160-bit GDDR6 memory. It consumes 150W. Both cards feature PCIe 4.0 x8 interface and DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR13.5 connectors.
