Samsung launches first beta of One UI 7 with Android 15 on 5 December
Samsung is preparing to launch the first beta version of One UI 7 based on Android 15, which is due on 5 December.
Here's What We Know
Initially, the release was planned several months ago, but it was constantly postponed. Now, according to reliable insider Max Yambor, the first beta version will be available for the Galaxy S24 series. This will give users the opportunity to try out the new look and features of One UI 7.
The update would bring significant changes not only to the interface but also to the system, including new animations, design, and additional features. However, some of the changes have drawn criticism, including the separation of the notification and quick settings panels, as well as iOS-like design elements.
The beta testing programme is expected to be available via the Samsung Members app in some countries, including Germany, and later in other regions. The full version of One UI 7 will be released in early 2025.
