Nothing has unveiled a new Android app called Nothing Community Widgets, which includes home screen tools and games co-created with users.

Here's What We Know

The first widget is a remake of the classic Snake game that was popular on Nokia 3310 phones. The new version of the game is controlled using the touch screen, and double tapping pauses the game. Players score points by eating red dots and avoiding collisions with the snake's tail, which gets longer.

The idea for the widget comes from artist Rahul Janardhanan, who had earlier designed a collection of widget concepts for Nothing OS. His work caught the attention of the company and the Nothing development team worked with the community to realise the project. The new Snake widget and the Nothing Community Widgets app continue the company's initiative to engage with users, similar to the recent release of the Nothing Phone 2A Plus Community Edition with fan-made designs.
