Google releases December update for Pixel: new features for smartphones, tablets and Pixel Watch
Google has released a major December update for its Pixel, Pixel Tablet, and Pixel Watch smartphones, bringing a number of new features and improvements.

One of the main innovations is the "Loss of Pulse" feature, which can help in emergency situations, available on the Pixel Watch 3. Pixel smartphones also have the ability to share Ultra HDR photos on Instagram.
Other apps have also been updated. Snapchat now lets you use albums, folders, and favourites, and Gboard's Emoji Kitchen makes it even easier to combine two emojis. For Pixel Fold and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, a new mode has been added that allows you to view the camera on both screens, making it easier to take selfies.
The update also improved the Recorder app, allowing it to block background noise more effectively. Pixel Tablet users can now control smart devices directly from the lock screen, and a new "Identity Check" option allows important settings to be changed only after verifying their identity with a fingerprint or facial recognition.
