Wanderstop, a cosy narrative game from the creator of The Stanley Parable, Davey Wreden, will be released on 11 March next year for PlayStation 5 and Windows.

Here's What We Know

The game revolves around Alta, a former fighter who now runs a tea shop. Players will collect a variety of ingredients, mix teas, and provide customer service. However, the protagonist is subject to "mysterious forces" that hint at a much deeper story.

The author describes Wanderstop as a game inspired by his own experiences and the stress of burnout, so the game explores issues of healing and inner peace. He hopes that Alta's own struggles will resonate with players and help them think about ways to find hope and peace.

The game also features Gone Home co-creator Karla Zimonja, and Minecraft composer Daniel Rosenfield, also known as C418.
