Eight years have passed since Samsung acquired Harman International for $8 billion and became the parent company of such brands as Harman Kardon, AKG, JBL, and others.

Here's What We Know

The company has recently fully integrated the JBL brand into its online store.

Previously, buyers of JBL audio products who visited Samsung's website were redirected to the official JBL website to make a purchase. Now everything has changed. Customers can now purchase JBL audio products directly through Samsung's online store in the US and several European countries.

Nearly two dozen JBL products are available in the US, including headphones, gaming headsets, Bluetooth speakers, and JBL Live Pro 2 wireless headphones.

These products do not support integration with the SmartThings or Galaxy Wearable platforms.
