Tekken 8 developers have announced a major winter update and revealed the fighting game's support plan for the coming months

Bandai Namco has unveiled a plan for the next major updates to Tekken 8 fighting game.

Japanese developers announced a major winter update. Its release date is still unknown, but it is stated that the patch will add to Tekken 8 new options for photo mode, the ability to search for a player by his nickname and bonus levels for the fight pass.
In addition, the following will be added to the game:
- fun customisation and additional slots for it;
- fan art inside the Tekken 8;
- Fight Pass in honour of the franchise's 30th anniversary with a set of both free and premium items.
Tekken 8 will launch its second season in the spring, with edits to systems and balance, as well as the addition of new moves for all characters.
Bandai Namco also announced the next Tekken World Tour cybersport championship - details about the event will be announced later.
The Japanese company said that at The Game Awards 2024 will reveal the fourth DLC character from the first season pass. Recall, at the TGA Tekken 8 is presented in the categories of "Best Fighting Game" and "Best Multiplayer".
