Xiaomi launches an ultra-thin external battery with 4900mAh capacity
Xiaomi has unveiled a new ultra-thin external battery with a capacity of 4900mAh and a maximum power output of 20W.

The device weighs just 93 grams and is 10mm thick, making it easy to carry in your pocket or bag. The battery supports 18W fast charging via the USB Type-C port, which is also used for two-way charging. This allows you to charge both the battery itself and the devices connected to it.
Xiaomi has paid special attention to safety, equipping the device with 12 levels of protection against overheating, overcharging and short circuits. It also comes with a handy carrying case. The battery fully charges in 1 hour 32 minutes using a 33W charger.
Actual sales will begin on 13 December 2024, and the current starting price in crowdfunding is $17.
