Russia is capable of producing 25 Oreshnik missiles a month - Military Watch Magazine
Recently, the media reported that the Russian Federation is capable of producing up to 25 Oreshnik missiles per month, which is about 300 units per year. However, the Centre for Countering Disinformation (CCI) denied this information.
Here's What We Know
Andriy Kovalenko, the head of the CPC, said that the information disseminated by Military Watch Magazine was not true. He called this publication a "padding" to legitimise disinformation favourable to the Kremlin to the English-speaking audience.
"The information about Russia's ability to produce 25 ploughshares per month is not true. The publication through which this disinformation is spread to the English-speaking space is a kind of gasket for legitimising information favourable to Russia and further spreading it," Kovalenko said instead.

According to him, the production of high-tech missiles in Russia has slowed down significantly due to the sanctions. They are actively producing missiles, such as the Kh-101 or Kalibr, accumulating them through the intensive use of Shahed kamikaze drones. However, the production of more sophisticated missiles, such as the Kinzhal, is limited to single releases.
As for the Oreshnik missile, its production requires even more technological processes, so statements about mass production of this ICBM are deliberate disinformation. According to Kovalenko, the purpose of such statements is to create fear in Western countries.
