There's a big change in the Steam chart, with Path of Exile 2, Indiana Jones and Marvel Rivals being the new releases of the week - in huge demand and making big profits
Over the past week, Steam has seen some huge changes that are worth noting.
Here's What We Know
The first place in the sales chart went to Path of Exile 2, which was released in Early Access on 6 December and conquered users of all platforms. In Steam, the peak online exceeded 578 thousand people and is receiving excellent reviews.
The second place is traditionally held by Steam Deck handheld consoles, and another high-profile novelty of the week - Indiana Jones and the Great Circle - closes the top three.
Euro Truck Simulator 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
and RDR 2 are very popular. Also gamers are actively buying arcade racing game Forza Horizon 4, which will be taken off sale on 15 December.
The full list of the ten most profitable Steam products from 3 to 10 December looks like this:
- Path of Exile 2
- Steam Deck
- Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
- Euro Truck Simulator 2
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Forza Horizon 4
- EA SPORTS FC 25
- Call of Duty
- S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl
Finally, there is something to discuss in the segment of free-to-play games. The leader of the week is Counter-Strike 2, but for the first time in a long time there is a new game, which became a serious competitor to PUBG, Apex Legends, DOTA 2 and other network games. It's about Marvel Rivals, which broke into the top three of Steam's free-to-play games, became the second most profitable and attracted 10 million players in the first 72 hours.
