Garmin has released a new stable update for the Forerunner 245, 745, and 945 series of smartwatches.

Here's What We Know

The 13.70 update includes sensor improvements and bug fixes for the Strength activity.

In particular, it fixes an issue with the time display when the activity exceeds an hour. Support for external sensors has also been updated, although it is not known if this is related to the Sensor Hub 18.04 update.

The new update is available to all Forerunner 245, 745 and 945 users, with the exception of the Forerunner 945 LTE, which has not received this update.

The update can be installed through the Garmin Connect app or by syncing the watch with Garmin Express. The company has not yet disclosed the start date of the beta testing of the next version 14.xx.
