Apple CEO Tim Cook will visit Mar-a-Lago to have dinner with President-elect Donald Trump, The New York Times reports.

Here's What We Know

This visit will be part of a series of meetings between tech leaders and Trump that have been taking place in recent weeks.

According to sources, Cook and Trump are to have dinner on the terrace of the Mar-a-Lago club. The two had previously developed a cordial relationship during Trump's first term in office, in contrast to the president's relationship with other tech executives such as Mark Zuckerberg and Sundar Pichai, who also recently met with Trump.

This is the first time Cook has met with Trump since the election, although they spoke on numerous occasions during the president's first term. In October, Cook discussed Apple's problems in the European Union with Trump, and Trump promised to defend US companies from possible harassment by the EU.
