Silent Hill 2 Remake was a triumphant winner at the Horror Game Awards 2024
The Game Awards 2024 ceremony took place a few days ago. Bloober Team's excellent remake of Silent Hill 2 was Great job! Critics are excited about Silent Hill 2 Remake and give the horror film high marks, but it didn't win any awards at TGA, although it claimed them in several nominations.
But at the Horror Game Awards 2024 the Polish version of the cult Japanese game became the main star.
Here's What We Know
Silent Hill 2 Remake was announced as the best game of the genre in 2024 at a special event that only includes horror games. Mouthwashing and Still Wakes the Deep competed for the title, but were unable to determine Silent Hill 2.
The highest praise was awarded to the updated and expanded soundtrack Silent Hill 2 Remake by Akira Yamaoka, the game also won in the category of Best Survival Horror, and the actor Luke Roberts, who voiced James Sunderland was recognised as the best performer of the main role.
It should be noted that not only new products of this year, but also some games of the past years competed for the victory in various categories of Horror Game Awards 2024.
