Samsung updates the style of its affordable smartphones: what's known about the new Galaxy F06
Samsung is updating the design of its budget and mid-budget smartphones. This is evidenced by fresh renders of the upcoming budget Galaxy F06 model.
Here's What We Know
According to the leak, the novelty will be available in five colours: orange, dark green, black, blue and purple. The back of the device features a dual camera with flash, reminiscent of the Galaxy A36 renders, where the camera unit also features a capsule-shaped design. The back panel will have a gradient finish with the Samsung logo at the bottom of the device.
According to rumours, the Galaxy F06 will feature a 6.7-inch HD+ resolution LCD display with a drop-shaped notch. The primary camera is 50 MP and the secondary camera is 2 MP. The front camera is 8 MP. The device features a 5000 mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. There is also a USB Type-C 2.0 port and a microSD card slot.
The Galaxy F06 is expected to receive more software updates compared to previous models. The release date and price are still unknown, but tentatively the device will cost around $97. Judging by the updated look of the Galaxy F06 and the previously spotted Galaxy A36, this design is likely to be the basis for all of Samsung's budget and mid-budget smartphones in 2025.
