PlayStation users have named Astro Bot the "Best Game of 2024", while Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree was voted "Best Add-on"
Sony has summarised the voting among PlayStation users and PlayStation.Blog readers and named the best games of 2024 in 19 categories.
Here's What We Know
In each category, readers choose the top four games, which are placed based on PlayStation trophies: the platinum prize goes to the strongest.
The PS Blog Game of the Year poll garnered over 1.6 million votes worldwide!
The best game of the year on PlayStation 5 was Astro Bot, on PS4 the leader was Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the palm of supremacy among DLC predictably belongs to Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and the most interesting indie project was the card game Balatro.
