LG's transparent OLED TV has gone on sale and it's available for just... $60,000
LG has started selling its new LG SIGNATURE OLED T transparent OLED TV, which was first unveiled at CES 2024. The letter T at the end of the model name stands for "Transparent".
Here's What We Know
This 77-inch 4K resolution TV with wireless video and audio technology can switch between transparent and standard modes at the touch of a button. The OLED T features LG's Alpha 11 A1 processor, which delivers four times the performance of the previous generation, including 70 per cent better graphics and 30 per cent faster processing speeds.
The TV also supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, and has in-built downward-facing speakers that deliver high-quality sound. The OLED T comes with a Zero Connect Box that transmits video and audio to the TV wirelessly, eliminating the need for cabling.
The TV is available in the US on LG's website and at select retail partners including Best Buy. Priced at $60,000, this futuristic TV is for those who are willing to invest in cutting-edge technology and unique design.
