The famous insider Evan Blass, who is known for his accurate leaks about technological innovations, has once again attracted the world's attention. This time, he released information about the unannounced sixth-generation Lenovo ThinkBook Plus, the world's first laptop with a collapsible display, which, according to the insider, will be presented at CES 2025.

Here's What We Know

According to Blass, this laptop is intended for retail. Although details are still scarce, the main attraction is the curved display, which will allow the physical size of the screen to be increased due to the folding display.

Context.

Lenovo is already known for experimenting with flexible displays, for example, with the ThinkPad X1 Fold. However, the ThinkBook Plus will have not just a foldable screen, but a display that can be rolled up.

Experimental smartphones with such displays have already been released, such as the OPPO X 2021 or the Motorola Rizr, which was shown at MWC 2023. We also know about the LG Signature OLED TV R, which also has a screen that can be rolled up. It was actually announced in 2019 at CES.
