OnePlus has announced the China launch date for its Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro smartphones
OnePlus is gearing up to unveil the OnePlus Ace 5 series of smartphones on 26 December in China. The series will include two models - Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. The company has already revealed some details about these devices on its Weibo page.
Here's What We Know
The Ace 5 will be available in five configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB. Colour options include Full Speed Black, Gravitational Titanium and Celestial Porcelain.
The Ace 5 Pro will be available in Submarine Black, Starry Purple and Moon White Porcelain colours.
Both models are expected to have similar specifications including a 6.78-inch BOE X2 LTPO flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphones will run Android 15 with ColorOS 15 shell.
The Ace 5 will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and a 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The Ace 5 Pro will get a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 6100 mAh battery with 100W fast charging. The Ace 5 Pro is expected to be exclusive to the Chinese market.
