In early December, pages of older Call of Duty instalments suddenly appearedon the Microsoft Store:

  • Call of Duty United Offensive;
  • Call of Duty 2;
  • Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Many players and journalists saw it as a preparation for adding cult shooters to Game Pass and cited a similar situation with Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

But it seems that we shouldn't expect shooters to appear in the service soon.

Here's What We Know

Authoritative Spanish insider eXtas1s reported that Microsoft and Activision Blizzard will continue to add various parts of Call of Duty to Game Pass, but the next stage of the catalogue replenishment is scheduled for March 2025 at the earliest.

The informant also shared the news that in May among the novelties of the service will appear Call of Duty: World at War (2008) and little-known shooter Singularity (2011).

As a reminder, Game Pass currently features only two instalments of the famous shooter series - Modern Warfare III (20023) and the new Black Ops 6.

EXtas1s has already repeatedly proved that his sources provide reliable data and are trustworthy. From the latest reports of the Spaniard it became known that in January the announcement of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion remake may take place, and in May we should expect the release of DOOM: The Dark Ages.
