Series creator Hwang Dong-Hyuk confirmed that the third season of "Squid Game" has already been filmed and will be released in 2025. However, it will not be the finale of the story. The director emphasised that Netflix has big plans for the popular franchise and has several projects in development, including an American version of Squid Game from David Fincher.
