Lenovo has announced two new magnetic power banks from the Yoga Air series in China. The new products are compact, lightweight, and affordable, offering 3,000 mAh and 5,000 mAh capacities.

Here's What We Know

The starting price of the junior model is 129 yuan (about $18), and the senior model is 159 yuan (about $22).

Both devices are equipped with powerful magnets that ensure stable wireless charging. Thanks to MagSafe technology, they are ideal for iPhones, but are also compatible with Android devices that support magnetic charging, such as the Oppo Find X8.

Technical Characteristics

Both models provide up to 7.5W of charging power in wireless mode. A USB-C port is provided for wired connection. The 3,000 mAh variant supports a charging speed of up to 10W, while the older model offers a power of up to 20W.

The new products support Qi and PD protocols, making them versatile for charging smartphones, wireless headphones and other low-power devices.

Design and affordability

Yoga Air Power Banks have an ultra-thin body: the smaller model is 59 mm and the larger model is 89 mm. Their lightness and compactness make them convenient for everyday use.

The Yoga Air Power Banks are available only in the Chinese market. There is no information about a global release yet. Among the international alternatives, you can consider the Anker 621, available on Amazon.
