Vivo virtual reality headset
Vivo plans to present its prototype VR headset in autumn 2025. According to the company, the new device will be equipped with advanced spatial perception and large model integration technologies that will allow it to outperform existing products, including Apple Vision Pro. Initially, the device will be tested in several Chinese cities, and the commercial launch will depend on the development of the VR content ecosystem.
New Vivo flagships and smartphones
In addition, Vivo announced the release of the X200 Ultra smartphone, which will be the first device with a new image processing chip. In addition, the company will continue to release new models of the X Fold series of foldable smartphones, which will now be released annually with a new model in the third quarter of 2025.
Robots of the future
Vivo also shared its plans for the development of robotics. According to Han Boxiao, it will take 10-15 years to create perfect robots, but the company expects the first achievements in this area in 3-5 years.
