Casio confirms CRW-001 smart ring launch date in Europe in January 2025
Casio has officially confirmed the launch date of its new CRW-001-1 smart ring in Europe.
Here's What We Know
The presentation of the new product will take place in January 2025. The model is already available for preview on Casio's official websites in various European countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, and France, at a suggested retail price of €119 or £105.
The CRW001-1 is a ring watch with a stainless steel case, the design of which is reminiscent of the popular GMW-B5000D-1. The device has an LCD display that supports the display of two time zones, a stopwatch function with an accuracy of 1/100th of a second, and a chime.

The ring fits a finger size 22, but it can be adjusted with additional inserts. This gadget is released in honour of Casio's 50th anniversary.
The novelty, which impresses with its unique ring-shaped design, has already become popular in Japan, where it went on sale in early December, as well as in the United States, where the model sold out almost immediately after its launch on 26 December. According to Casio Watches Europe's official Instagram account, "something really special is coming in January", accompanied by an image of the CRW-001.
Although the company did not name the exact date of the European launch, the official websites state that users can register to receive notifications. However, it is worth noting that the company's previous attempts to send notifications about the launch in the US failed to meet expectations, so users should probably check the Casio website in the morning to avoid missing the launch.
The CRW-001-1 will be available in Singapore on 8 January, and in Australia it will be available from 13 January. In addition, there is information that the US may produce a new batch of these ring watches in the near future
