Another Monkey King triumph: Black Myth: Wukong won the top award at The Steam Awards 2024.

On 31 December, the user voting for The Steam Awards 2024 came to an end.
Valve has already summarised the results and announced the winners in eleven categories.
Here's What We Know
As expected, gamers named Black Myth: Wukong as the Best New Game of the Year. In addition to winning in the main category, it won Best Game You Suck At and Game with a Great Story.
The award for Outstanding Visual Style went to the Silent Hill 2 remake, while Elden Ring took the best support award, according to Steam users.
Surprisingly, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 did not receive any awards.

- Game of the Year - Black Myth: Wukong
- Virtual Reality Game of the Year - Metro Awakening
- Favourite Child (Labour of Love) - Elden Ring
- Best game on Steam Deck - God of War Ragnarök.
- "Better With Friends - Helldivers 2.
- Outstanding Visual Style - Silent Hill 2
- Most Innovative Gameplay - Liar's Bar
- Best Game You Can't Get - Black Myth: Wukong
- Best Soundtrack - Red Dead Redemption
- Best game with an outstanding story - Black Myth: Wukong
- Sit Back and Relax - Farming Simulator 25.
The Steam Awards 2024 will take place on the 2nd of January.
