Leak: Casio may introduce new GA-010 and GD-010 models with 10-year battery and Crossband styling
A leak from Great G-Shock World has revealed new models of Casio GA-010 and GD-010 series watches, which are scheduled for release in January 2025.
Here's What We Know
According to the leak, the watches are likely to have a modern Crossband design and a 10-year battery life. It is expected that the models will be available in bright and military colours, as well as in classic black.

The new products include two key models:
- The G-Shock GA-010CE-2A with a striking arctic blue design.
- G-Shock GD-010CE-5 in military khaki.
Two black versions are available for those who prefer minimalism:
- G-Shock GA-010-1A1.
- G-Shock GD-010-1A1.
All the watches in the series are equipped with standard functions such as a stopwatch, timer and alarm, as well as shock and water resistance.

Estimated price of the new models in Japan:
- GA-010CE-2A - ¥20,350 (~$129.6).
- GD-010CE-5 - ¥17,050 (~$108.6).
- GA-010-1A1 - ¥18,150 (~$115.6).
- GD-010-1A1 - ¥14,850 (~$94.6).
Despite the lack of official information, the leak indicates that the sale of the new cryptocurrency will start in January 2025. It is not yet clear whether these models will be available outside of Japan, but it is expected that Casio may expand the geography of sales depending on demand.
Casio recently confirmed the launch date of the CRW-001 smart ring in Europe in January 2025. The presentation of the new product will take place in January 2025. The model is already available for preview on Casio's official websites in various European countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, and France, at a suggested retail price of €119 or £105.
