Redmi Turbo 4 with new MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra chip and 6550 mAh battery has been unveiled in China
Xiaomi has unveiled the new Redmi Turbo 4 smartphone, which is the first device based on the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor and the company's first smartphone in 2025.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 3200 nits. The device has 12GB to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB to 512GB of inbuilt UFS 4.0 storage. The inbuilt MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra chip is clocked up to 3.25 GHz and is complemented by a Mali-G720 MC6 GPU.

The Redmi Turbo 4 gets a dual rear camera with a primary 50-megapixel Sony LTY-600 sensor with f/1.5 aperture and Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The front camera has a 20 MP resolution. The smartphone records videos at a maximum resolution of 4K 60 fps.
Redmi Turbo 4 has a 6550 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, which can charge the device to 100 per cent in 45 minutes. The device is also IP66/68/69 dust and water resistant and its dimensions are 160.95×75.24×8.06 mm.
The smartphone has an under-screen optical fingerprint scanner and also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity standards. The device will be available in three colours: black, white and blue. The Redmi Turbo 4 is already on sale in China, while it will be launched in international markets under the POCO X7 Pro brand next week, on 9 January.
