Yellow Brick Games, the studio founded by Dragon Age co-creator Mike Laidlaw, has shared some important news about their debut game Eternal Strands.

Here's What We Know

The developer announced that PC users will be able to get acquainted with the demo version of the ambitious fantasy action-RPG on the 21st of January.

At the same time, it is still unknown whether such an opportunity will appear for those who prefer to play on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

When We Can Expect It

Eternal Strand will be released on 28 January 2025 on PC (on Steam, EGS), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Flashback

Eternal Strands is similar to Shadow of the Colossus and Dragon's Dogma at the same time: players will be able to climb on any part of the huge enemy's body and strike him in the most vulnerable place. In addition, the developers promise that it is possible to climb absolutely any place in their game.

Another feature of Eternal Strands will be a believable physical model: for example, fire or frost correctly spreads over the territory and destroys objects, and enemies can be burned or frozen, as well as move them with the help of telekinesis.

In addition, in the action game you can directly interact with the environment, for example, using magic to build a bridge, fall a tree or destroy a building.
