Authoritative film insider Daniel Richtman shared some interesting news for fans of the Marvel universe, especially those who like one of its most brutal characters - The Punisher.

Daniel Richtman reported that Netflix and Marvel Studios are working on a new Punisher series, which will be a sequel to the series of the same name, which ran for two seasons and was shut down in 2019.
The best part is that according to an insider, actor Jon Bernthal, whose work most Marvel fans loved, will return to the role of Frank Castle.
Richtman is not yet ready to give a timeline for the new "Punisher" and is not even 100% ready to say that the series will actually come out, but it is unlikely that the authors will give up on the idea of bringing back such a colourful character.
