Skoda Enyaq has gone through an Elroq-inspired restyling and got rid of the grille at the front of the bodywork

Skoda has unveiled restyled versions of the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe electric crossovers. Photos of the updated models have been published, as well as technical data. Perhaps the most noticeable innovation that immediately catches the eye is the design of the front end in the style of Elroq, without the imitation of a large grille. But that's not all.

Here's What We Know

Instead of the former imitation grille, the front end features a black frame, for which the Czech automaker has coined the name "Tech-Deck Face". As in the case of the Elroq, the brand logo is replaced by the 'Skoda' inscription.

The new front end and aerodynamically optimised wheels (19 to 21 inches) improve aerodynamics. The regular Enyaq now achieves an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.245, the Coupe 0.225. The length has grown to 4.66 metres, the other dimensions are virtually unchanged. The boot volume, as before, ranges from 585 to 1,710 litres for the regular Enyaq and from 570 to 1,610 litres for the Enyaq Coupe.

At the rear, the changes are not much noticeable. As before, there will be a Sportline version with larger wheels (20 or 21 inches), 15 mm understeer and black accents. RS versions will be even sportier, but will arrive on the market later.

The interior has also changed only slightly. There's a small 5-inch instrument display and a 13-inch touchscreen, as well as an optional augmented reality projection display.

The standard equipment list has been expanded to include keyless entry, heated seats and steering wheel, three-zone automatic climate control, blind spot warning and exit (Side Assist), adaptive cruise control (ACC) and traffic jam assistant. In addition, remote-controlled parking and storage of individual parking manoeuvres are now possible. As before, variable ratio steering (progressive steering) and adaptive suspension (DCC) are available as options.

As far as modifications and batteries are concerned, the 60 version with the APP310 engine with an output of 150 kW is back in the range. In addition to it are the 85 and 85x versions. Both have a new 210 kW APP550 engine at the rear. The all-wheel drive 85x adds an additional 80 kW motor, but the total system power is limited to 210 kW.

In Germany, prices for the updated Enyaq 60 start from 44,400 euros.
