Insider eXtas1s has reiterated his knowledge of Microsoft's plans.

As he reported, the American company has announced the date for the annual Xbox Developer Direct show.

Here's What We Know

Xbox Developer Direct will take place on 23 January at 19:00 (CET).

The audience is promised to get details on three games: the shooter DOOM: The Dark Ages from id Software, the action-adventure game South of Midnight from Compulsion Games, and the RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 from Sandfall Interactive.

In addition, Microsoft has intrigued with the announcement that another secret studio will be participating in the Xbox Developer Direct. It's impossible to predict who it will be, but eXtas1s previously reported that a remake (or remaster) of cult RPG The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion could be announced at the show.
