Sony Xperia 1 V gets Android 15 update in Europe
Sony has started rolling out the Android 15 update for its flagship Xperia 1 V smartphone.

The update, which comes with version 67.2.A.2.41 and weighs around 1GB, brings a host of new features and improvements such as Personal Space, new wallpapers and styles for the home and locked screens, updated Side Sense features, redesigned Quick Settings bar and notification shade, new pop-ups and Bluetooth LE Audio support. It's important to note that this is the last major software update for the Xperia 1 V, which was released with Android 13. Going forward, the device will only receive security patches.
The update is already available in some parts of Europe, including Germany and Sweden, and will soon be available in other countries. Xperia 1 V owners are advised to check for the update in their phone settings and make sure the device is at least 50 per cent charged before installing the update.
