The genre of rail shooters is almost completely extinct in the modern gaming industry, but especially for those who miss such games or want to familiarise themselves with them MegaPixel studio will provide such an opportunity.

A remake of the legendary rail shooter The House of the Dead 2 has been announced.
The developers will keep almost unchanged gameplay and what is called the story in this game, but will significantly update graphics, improve sound design and make the shooter available on modern platforms.
Players will be able to switch between the updated and original soundtrack, and will also have access to three game modes - classic campaign, boss rush and training.
System requirements for The House of the Dead 2 remake have also been published:
