Insider: MSI is preparing a new portable gaming console with AMD Ryzen Z2 processor
There has never been so much competition in the handheld gaming console market. After the resounding success of Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck, out came Lenovo Legion Go, ASUS Rog Ally, MSI Claw and many other lesser known devices.
Technological advancements are only getting stronger and MSI is gearing up to release a new version of their gadget.
Here's What We Know
As reported by authoritative insider CodeCommando, the Taiwanese manufacturer
is developing a new Windows-based portable console. Its main difference from the current MSI Claw model is that instead of Intel Core Ultra processor it will be equipped with AMD Ryzen Z2 chip specially designed for portable consoles.

Unfortunately, the whistleblower didn't reveal the name of the new console from MSI, nor its specifications, nor its release date.
And we remind you that AMD Ryzen Z2 processor is also installed in the recently announced Lenovo Legion Go S, but it will have an exclusive version of Ryzen Z2 with the prefix "Go".
