DJI seems to be preparing a compact Osmo Nano action camera

DJI is preparing to release a new compact action camera as part of its new Nano series.
Here's What We Know
The first information about the product appeared thanks to a leak published on the DroneXL website. Osmo Nano is likely to become the smallest camera in DJI's range, joining models such as Osmo Action 2, which the company has not updated for a long time.
This new product, according to preliminary data, has the model number "ow001" and, although the exact specifications are still unknown, it is likely to be the answer to the demand for compact action cameras. One of the main features of the new device may be its reduced size, which will allow users to get high-quality footage in a compact and portable format.

The Osmo Nano will apparently be designed to compete with popular cameras from brands such as Insta360 X4 and GoPro Max, and will be able to offer 360-degree shooting. Although no official information has yet appeared on the market and the release date remains unknown, DJI seems to be preparing for the presentation of this device, which could take place as early as this year.
Additionally, there is speculation that this product will be part of the larger "Nano" series, which will allow the company to carve out a niche in the compact action camera segment, focusing on lightness and portability without sacrificing image quality.
Recently, a well-known insider Jasper Ellens shared information that DJI plans to release two new drones by the end of 2025: Mini 5 and Neo 2. It will be a continuation of the popular series, and they may be released simultaneously.
