Adobe launches AI-powered tool that lets you edit up to 10,000 images with one click
Editing images has never been easier. Today's photo editing tools often use elements of artificial intelligence to make the work of creative professionals easier. Recently, Adobe announced new tools powered by generative AI that allow professionals to quickly edit large numbers of images and translate video presentations with a single click.
Here's What We Know
The new Bulk Create feature, which is currently available in beta on the Adobe Firefly web app, allows you to process up to 10,000 images. It includes two tools: one for resizing and one for replacing the background. The Background Removal Tool allows you to upload images and quickly remove backgrounds, and replace them with new ones or create them using Firefly AI.
Images can be uploaded from Dropbox, Adobe Experience Manager, or your computer. You can save the modified files in PNG and JPG formats, and in the future, also in Photoshop PSD formats. The resizing tool offers templates for social media and advertising banners. Generative AI helps to automatically adjust the background to the selected size.
The key feature of Bulk Create is the ability to edit 10,000 images at once, which greatly simplifies the work with large volumes of content. However, this feature will be available only for payment through the Firefly premium service.
Adobe has also announced new Firefly Service APIs, including the Custom Models feature, which allows users to customise Firefly to meet their own needs. A video translation tool for 14 languages is coming soon and a new tool for automatically formatting texts and images for print and media will be available in February.
