Honor rolls out MagicOS 9.0 with AI features on more than 10 devices
Honor unveiled MagicOS 9.0 in October 2024, promising the introduction of artificial intelligence features for more than 30 devices. So far, 15 different models have already received the update called New Year Edition, which has started rolling out to devices in China.
Here's What We Know
The global rollout of the update is yet to be determined, but by looking at the models receiving the new UI in China, we can guess which devices around the world will also receive the update. Here's the full list:

New features in the update include working facial recognition in parallel apps, optimising the display to prevent motion sickness when used in moving vehicles, and improving the telephoto lens of Magic6 series phones. The Spring Festival, better known as Chinese New Year, will take place in a fortnight, and the update will bring themed features such as camera filters and system themes.
