Square Enix has announced full support for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on Steam Deck and announced a special case for the handheld console
Square Enix has announced great news for those who prefer to play games on Steam Deck.
Here's What We Know
The PC version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will be released on Steam and EGS already on 23 January. The Japanese developer informed gamers that the highly regarded game will be fully compatible with Steam Deck.
This means that Square Enix employees and Valve engineers made sure that the game works correctly and guarantee that gamers will have no problems with installing and running Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on Steam Deck.
Especially for fans of the series, Square Enix has introduced a furry cover for Steam Deck in the style of Chocobo, the bird from the legendary series.
The feathers are removable so that Steam Deck doesn't take up too much space. More information about the novelty will be revealed later.
