A multi-region firmware for the Galaxy S25 Slim has appeared on Samsung's servers

Samsung is gearing up for the Galaxy Unpacked event on 22 January, where the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra are expected to be unveiled. However, the Galaxy S25 Slim will probably not be unveiled at the event. Nevertheless, the device does exist as renders of the device have been spotted recently and now the firmware has also been revealed in several regions.

Here's What We Know

The One UI 7 test build for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim (SM-S937B) has been spotted by whistleblower @tarunvats33 on servers in several European and Asian regions, including India and UAE. The firmware has the version S937BXXU0AYA5/S937BOXM0AYA5/S937BXXU0AYA5. No other details have been announced yet.

According to rumours, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a 6.6-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 200MP main camera, complemented by two 50MP modules - one with a 3x telephoto lens and one ultra-wide-angle. According to the latest information, the Galaxy S25 Slim won't be available until May this year at the earliest.
