The release of the action-RPG Lords of the Fallen took place in the autumn of 2023 and was marred by a large number of technical problems that did not allow you to enjoy the excellent gameplay and high-quality visual style.

Gradually, the developers released several major patches that improved Lords of the Fallen and brought it to a near-perfect state.

The efforts of the developers from CI Games and Hexworks were not in vain and allowed the Polish "Dark Souls clone" to interest a wide audience.

Here's What We Know

CEO and co-founder of CI Games Marek Tyminski said that 4 million players have played Lords of the Fallen (2023). This figure does not reflect the number of copies sold, as the game is available for free on several services, including Xbox Game Pass, however, it is an excellent result, which only confirms the success of Lords of the Fallen.

As a reminder, CI Games and Hexworks are currently continuing to develop Lords of the Fallen and have announced that they will introduce a sequel in 2025, with a possible release in 2026.

Lords of the Fallen is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
