This January, developer Pocketpair is celebrating the anniversary of Palworld by presenting a roadmap of updates for the future.

Here's What We Know

The company has confirmed that it will continue to support the early access version of the game, adding new features such as crossplay in co-op mode, a final boss, and the ability to transfer creatures between worlds.

While no exact timeline for the updates has been announced, Pocketpair is working on a number of new features, including improvements to Pala's development mechanics, new content and technology, and collaborations with other games such as Terraria.

Innovations that are waiting for Palworld:

  • Crossplay
  • Movement around the world for the Pali
  • Final boss / Ending scenario
  • Other ways to strengthen and improve the Pali
  • A variety of new content, such as new Pales and technologies
  • Collaborations (including with Terraria)
  • Improved placement of objects in the world
  • Improvements to the base Pali
  • Optimisation improvements
  • Improvements to the user interface

As a reminder, the game quickly gained popularity, attracting 25 million players in the first month alone. However, the game has faced legal challenges from Nintendo and The Pokémon Company over alleged patent infringement. However, there have been no updates on this story for a long time now.
