Samsung Galaxy S25 series is revealed in real photos ahead of official launch
Today, 22 January, the first Samsung Unpacked event of the year will take place, where the company will present the Galaxy S25 series of smartphones. On the eve of this event, real photos of all three models have appeared online.
Here's What We Know
One of the photos shows Galaxy S25 smartphones in retail boxes, while the other shows a blue version of the Galaxy S25 in the user's hand. This leak confirms previous rumours about the design of the devices. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the easiest to recognise, as it is the only one with five camera modules on the back, four of which are cameras and one is a sensor.
All three models will have flat front and back panels, as well as separate camera modules resembling "islands". The bezels of the devices will also be flat. A distinctive feature of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be the S Pen stylus, which will not be available in the younger versions.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is likely to be presented later. The photo does not show the Galaxy S25 Slim model, which is currently only a rumour. It is likely to be officially announced separately, possibly in May this year. Samsung can only hint at its upcoming release during the presentation.
All three models in the Galaxy S25 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, a specially overclocked version of Qualcomm's flagship chip. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a better camera and several additional benefits compared to the base and Plus versions, which will differ in size, battery capacity, and display characteristics.
