Insomniac Games keeps the intrigue around the upcoming Wolverine game, which was first announced back in 2021 during the PlayStation Showcase.

Here's What We Know

After the successful release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 in 2023, gamers are looking forward to new details about Marvel's Wolverine. However, the studio is in no hurry to reveal all the cards.

Recently, after the announcement of co-founder Ted Price's retirement, the studio's three new co-leaders - Chad DeSerne, Ryan Schneider, and Jen Huang - conducted an interview with Variety.

"We'd like to tell you more about Wolverine, but we have to be discreet, like Logan himself, until it's time to show our claws," commented Chad Dezern. He hinted at the huge interest in the game, but refused to confirm or deny a possible release in 2025.

So of course, there is still a small hope of seeing the game in 2025, but it is better to count on 2026.
