Full list of Galaxy smartphones and tablets with Wi-Fi 7 support

New Wi-Fi standards appear every few years, and their development requires a lot of attention to detail. Wi-Fi 7 is the latest standard, which first appeared on some routers and smartphones in 2023, although its development, especially on the non-technical side, is not yet complete and will probably not be completed until the end of 2024.
Here's What We Know
Samsung did not connect its Galaxy smartphones to Wi-Fi 7 last year, despite the fact that the Snapdragon chip used in the 2023 flagships had the necessary hardware to support Wi-Fi 7. Wi-Fi 7 was also available on Google's Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, devices with a Samsung Exynos modem.
In 2024, Samsung decided to introduce Wi-Fi 7 support for its devices. The company started with the Galaxy S24 Ultra, leaving the Galaxy S24 and S24+ on Wi-Fi 6E, as the Exynos 2400 chip that powers these models is limited to Wi-Fi 6E.
Wi-Fi 7 will gradually become the standard for Samsung's flagship smartphones and tablets in the coming months and years.

Wi-Fi 7 is 4.7 times faster than Wi-Fi 6E, delivering theoretical speeds of up to 46 Gbps. It doubles the channel width from 160 MHz to 320 MHz, which allows you to connect more devices at the same time. In addition, the new standard is more efficient, which is especially important for mobile gadgets.
