Xiaomi 15 Ultra appeared in a real image: what to expect from the flagship?

The Xiaomi 15 series was announced in China last year with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Although its global release has not yet been confirmed, the Chinese tech giant is preparing to launch an Ultra model for this line.
Here's What We Know
According to insider reports, Xiaomi is planning to release the 15 Ultra simultaneously in the Chinese and global markets, probably alongside the mainstream Xiaomi 15 model for international users. As the release is expected next month, a real image of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has already appeared on the X platform (Twitter).
The image, posted by user Kartikey Singh, shows that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is significantly different from the other models in the 15 series. The device has abandoned the square camera module in favour of a round shape, which is Xiaomi's signature design.
We can see a triple camera with a 50MP main sensor measuring 1 inch, as well as a 50MP ultra-wide sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom. Above the sensors is the LEICA branding on the left side, and on the right side is a 200MP periscopic telephoto lens with macro and 4.3x zoom. The camera is completed by an LED flash at the top.

The photo shows a red camera bezel contrasting with a black vegan leather panel on the back. It is known that Xiaomi may offer variants with a glass or ceramic back.
In terms of specs, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to feature a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It will run on HyperOS 2 and Android 15.
