PS5-exclusive Rise of the Ronin will be released on PC in March: developer unveiled a special trailer and opened pre-orders

Koei Tecmo has revealed the release date for another major PlayStation 5 exclusive on PC.

Open world action game Rise of the Ronin from Team Ninja studio, known for Nioh and Ninja Gaiden series, will be available on PC from 11th March. The game will be sold only on Steam, and you can pre-order it now - for this you can get several bonus items, including items in the style of previous Team Ninja games.
The PC version of Rise of the Ronin features support for resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 120 FPS, as well as detailed graphics and control settings, including keyboard and mouse controls.
The developers have also added support for the following technologies:
- ray tracing;
- AMD Fidelity FX Super Resolution, Nvidia DLSS and Intel XeSS image scaling options;
- Nvidia Reflex technology to reduce input lag.

Rise of the Ronin was originally released in March 2024. The game was received to mixed reviews, with critics concluding that it was "A good game that could have been so much better: critics have reserved their praise for Rise of the Ronin".
The events of Rise of the Ronin unfold at the end of the 19th century in Japan, which was in severe crisis and was plunged into the chaos of civil war. This historical period was called Bakumatsu and was caused by the arrival of Western colonisers in Japan.
The game has a down-to-earth story with no elements of mysticism and fantasy. The story of Rise of the Ronin is fictional, but it is intertwined with real events of the period.
