Lenovo has recently announced a new budget tablet, the Lenovo Tab, which is now available in several countries.

Here's What We Know

The model was announced at the beginning of the month at an affordable price, and now details on its availability, specifications and price have been revealed.

The Lenovo Tab features a 10.1-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 400 nits brightness, 72% NTSC colour gamut and 60Hz refresh rate. The tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

For photography, the tablet has an 8-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Sound effects are provided by two speakers with Dolby Atmos support. There is also a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The tablet is equipped with a 5100 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. The model runs on Android 14 operating system and supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3. The tablet is only 7.5 mm thick and is IP52 water and dust resistant.

The price of Lenovo Tab starts at USD 159. The Wi-Fi model will be available in Argentina, Hong Kong, Poland, Mexico, South Africa and Central America. The 4G version will be sold in Argentina, Hong Kong, Mexico, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and a number of other countries, including Korea, Japan, and Colombia.
